Last update of the abomination , wasn’t happy with a ‘naked’ dust cover so sorted that and then decided it needed a tactigay sling , so made one of those as well , also decided to give the PBS a bit of character as well ! Can’t wait for its first kill(the souls that die of those who gaze upon it don’t count !?) ?

I’ve been making kit for a good few years now and I find the best way too mark out the molle spacing is have a sheet of card with spacing marked on it that you’ve then cut with a craft knife on each ‘stitch’ line that you mark through on to the material in one go . I found if you mark up each line as you go along It’ll always go Pete Tong and you end up with crooked molle strips ! ?‍♂️

Glad I’m not the only one ?? Definitely keep as is , got the whole cool Rammstein ‘vibe’ about it ! with perhaps a few passes of matte clear coat to stop the rust ? ?

My self and my three team mates who run TM recoils all run them stock , only ones I’ve ever had upgraded (two by professionals and one by a ‘tinkerer’) all went tits up . My pet theory on the subject is as its a well known fact TM only care about the home market and quite frankly couldn’t give a flying fornication about what the rest of the world ‘needs’ or wants all there guns are made to the finest tolerances to suit the very strict fps rules they have there in Japan . Hence once you do start ‘fiddling’ with them your going to alter those tolerances and basically unless you do a total ‘gut and rebuild’ sometime in the near future your gun is going to implode (as happened to the three I had) where as my stock guns are still running fine even up to 14yrs later . About all I’ve ever done to them maintenance wise is every couple of yrs I’ll take the motor off and give em a blast with a can of silicon oil up in to the gearbox but that’s it , even still got the original hop rubbers in them (except one G36 I put a maple leaf hop rubber and nub in to see if it would increase the range, it didn’t ! ?‍♂️) just my humble personal opinion , but this does come with the caveat of when ‘opinions’ are voiced just remember “an opinion is like an arse hole , everybody has one and there frequently full of shit !” ???

(@alxndrhll is spot on hadn’t picked up your on about ‘upgraded’ TM’s due to the wording?)I have 7 TM recoils all are totally stock Bar deans adapters and there all functioning fine and the oldest will be 14yr old this yr and 2nd will be 12yr old and all the rest fit in between those ages and 3yrs for the youngest . The oldest will some times not be touched for over a year due to its specific set up(the others can run for mths and mths with out use) but pick it up stick a battery in it and it runs fine . Yet a Dboys SR I bought for a movie themed loadout was used for a couple of mths then left for 6 or 7mths ? And on trying it to sell it was totally locked and the same thing happened to an army armourment SA80 I had , left for near a year wouldn’t work when tried . ?

BUT playing devils advocate the good thing with having the TM recoil sat in a cupboard unused for mths and mths is when you do finally pick it up again you 100% know it’s going to work just as perfectly as when you bought it , whereas with the cheap gun the gods of airsoft will cast there bones of good and bad luck to decide wether it’ll still work just to feck with you ? ?

The secret with knee pads is not to go horizontal with the straps but to cross them behind your knees , as in top strap to bottom slider and visa versa , unless you’ve got straps that are way too long for your Skinny chicken legs then I pretty much guarantee they’ll stay ‘up’ ?

Best thing is the site has a 450 limit on bolt actions and my mates gun was a very nicely set up L96 that was doing exactly 445 right on the nose near every time . Almost had a similar situation my self , mate and I bought a bottle of RZR .4’s between us luckily for me but not for my poor mate as he used them first . So 1st and 2nd BBs fired fine , 3rd and 4th shattered in the chamber , these bits got in to The spring tube which caused it to basically destroy its self on the 5th shot . The reply from the on-site retailer who we’d just bought them from ? “Well obviously your gun was hot so it put too much strain on the BBs and THATS why they shattered !” ?

Have to send her back to redwolf , by the looks of it she’s got a crack in her arse there trying to hide with leopard print nickers ! Disgusting !! ?

Thing that made me laugh was the “you may also be interested in” at the bottom . They want you to drop over three and a half grand on the gun but “by the way would you like to by this hundred and twenty five dollar fake suppressor for it as well ?” ??

Just had a really nice personal email from a non airsoft retailer in the states that I use fairly frequently apologising but he’s suspending U.K. sales until further notice due to the utter cluster fuck of a hassle it is ref imports&exports for small businesses . He said he’s really sorry as I’ve been a great customer but it’s just taking up way too much of his time sorting it all out to ship to the U.K . ?

And the TG one has near as dam it already been ‘up-graded’ as seems to be the standard for a lot of Cyma guns sold by TG .

Back in the dim distant past , yes I’m talking pre UKARA when RSOV in hong Kong was the God of online retailers I actually had one of these monstrosities , turned out it was brilliant size and shape in CQB , and it had a truly outstanding silver , orange and black tiger stripe paint job on it ?ended up selling it to some 28yr old obese virgin neck beard who probably still lived in his parents attic for three times the price I paid for it ! ????
