Ive been informed that since the new update, the human verification is causing people a lot of issues. they also can’t contact anyone on the forum because the same human verification stops them sending a message. Worth noting for those AKX owners: - Hephaestus do a very good NPAS valve. - dragonworkshop do a complete after market nozzle replacement. - FEDA do a nozzle shell replacement that promises a slight boost in FPS.

Does the MWS have to take STANAGs if not, consider the Savia PCC. Takes hicapa mags. If you’re already doing IPSC, I’d wager you’re running a hicapa. The PCC takes hicapa mags so you don’t need to invest in new, heavier mags. its largely MWS spec. It does about 1.3J out of the box with the stock set up. You’d need to do very little to get it shooting at 30m accurate. I think all I needed to do was a guns modify spring set and pink flamingo hop unit. It’s shooting 40m flat with respectable accuracy on 0.28s.

In my experience, when someone claims “fully upgraded” it’s far from fully upgraded, they just lack the knowledge or inclination to realise that. The second option is they’re trying to scam people by selling something largely stock as “fully upgraded”.

The gen5 seems more forgiving. other than a mafioso slide, the other gen5 slides I’ve fitted haven’t required any effort to get working well. you can get the guarder or detonator aluminium slides to within a few grams of the stock slide if you install the lightweight BBU and it runs very well.

Sounds like the optic isn’t right. if it were me, I’d modify the existing sights to make them fit. Alternatively a set of trijicon style gen3 supressor sights should give you enough space to mount the optic.
