  1. Rule of thumb is 60-70% of current new prices so £500-600 with the mags IMO.
  2. Even something like command strips that will come off easily? a small bit of foam maybe even cut wedge shaped or just chamfered so you can still insert a mag without breaking it off?
  3. Have a look at https://www.youtube.com/@c7viper on YT, the crap he gets in boxes is unlikely to match any good stuff he gets in them.
  4. Just trying to think of other ways for you to solve this without modifying/ damaging your RIF... Gonna sound daft but try adding foam inside the paddles so you could still depress them but wouldn't release the mag if bumped? Foam like the stuff that comes in rif packaging? If it works you could look at a more permenant diy fix.
  5. I never wear a watch these days, I'm a butcher so haven't worn a watch for hygiene reasons (at work) for over 40 years so never been in the habit of wearing one (still get the odd birthday or xmas pressie watch from family members that have NEVER seen me wear one). These days I use my phone for the time & in game I either move forward with the rest of the slowpokes & wait for the whistle or whoops when the target is taken/overrun.
  6. Yeah, I'm not keen of importing from the US just now anyway, even before the $175 + postage is considered.
  7. Does anyone know what riser & RDS this is please? & possibly where we/I can get a clone of?
  8. Ok, maybe 1 consequence. It is airsoft tho so we should be used to hitting SFA!
  9. I honestly have no idea, but... if the hop is fixed are you able to turn the inner barrel so it hops in a better angle?
  10. a riser must be the cheapest solution & zero consequences.
  11. Thanks, you must be new here ?
  12. Image 1 'could be me', image 2 & 3 is me... Funnily enough I'm not keen on getting my pic taken.
  13. If it's your first rif, my advice is listen to those who have added their insights & possibly take a breath & wait for those items to appear in the classifieds, it could well save you a lot of £££. My own insight is you may well find that you don't like using a tracer, or a suppressor, or a fore grip etc... I say this because they do get advertised fairly regularly for multiple reasons. I've found I like the 'looks' of all the accessories you've listed but I don't like lugging the extra weight, or longer barrel, a sling can get in the way, or how a tracer lights you up in the middle of a game where sneakyness is worth it's weight in camo. Yes, you'll need a/some batteries & a good charger. You would be better spending your £££ on mags, bb's & something to carry them. DON'T FORGET comfy boots & good eye/face protection (far more important than looking uber cool).
  14. Not one of my biggest purchases but a fairly important component for my next project, thanks to twistedfate for printing this for me.
  15. Wait a bit as they often appear in the classifieds, or you could post a wanted add?
  16. You could build a Blakes 7 hairbrush pew... TBH, I'd actually love one.
  17. Oi... I'm a fucking pleasure to be around.
  18. Simple answer is used the mags that work, I've a couple of pews that are mag fussy but it's never been an issue.
  19. Hmmm... was considering selling one of my Scar-L's lol
  20. A drop in the ocean M8. Needs must so I can buy more kit once the HMRC has got their twatting 'fist' out.
