Hoping to finally take this thing out to a game day later this month.

Current pet peeve: listings with multiple items in the title and picture. They reupload them after a week, and don't edit the pic to cross out items already gone. (Or don't change the title to remove the ones that are gone!) So you click on it thinking it's interesting, see the only good parts are sold and it's the scraps left over.

Since about two weeks ago, the desktop version of this site uses the mobile layout, (which is awful on a monitor). Anyone know what setting I can use to change it back to desktop view? I'm having trouble finding it.

I import cos I'm a bit cheap lmao. People will buy a million things off Ali Express then act like importing a RIF will get you shot, it's a little silly. Worst case scenario yeah it gets held up a bit but it's pretty rare so long as the UKARA is denoted on the package. Getting a lemon on arrival sucks but the advantage of GBBRs is that it's rarely fatal unless the gun is cracked in half or something. I've had lemons from "trusted" techs and UK shops with some headaches remedying it, so it's par for the course IMO. Also yeah, USD can go full Zimbabwe Dollar but it doesn't affect NTD - GBP exchange rates.

Would not recommend the silicon oil soak. The o-rings in VFC guns are nitrile, silicon oil doesn't inflate them or anything like that. Has no benefit. May just need to tighten the output valve slightly, or grease (not oil) the inner o-rings so they sit a bit better. Wouldn't recommend oiled gas either, it gets sprayed all over your hop rubber.

Hard to really say it's worth it when you could build out a VFC AK74M pretty close to that for about the same or slightly more. And it wouldn't be a ten year old design pretending to be a lost relic. GHK AKs were great in their day but the V2s especially have a number of really annoying flaws, and aftermarket doesn't really fix a few of them. This would be half the price if the V3s weren't so dogshit that everyone got rose tinted glasses for the V2s.
