  2. £160 better spent on a G&G Combat Machine, it will last longer.
  3. Good luck with that. Airsoft was only legalised in the Netherlands a few years ago, and to take RIF's over you have to apply for an exemption for them with the Dutch Airsoft Sports Club (NABV) months in advance (I was told 3 months was usually minimum acceptable by a cousin who plays over there and holds NABV Membership).
  4. As it explicitly says airsoft guns, its pretty well clear cut that its going to affect us.
  5. They are all clones regardless, which is why those convoluted semantics make no sense whatsoever.
  6. Going secret isn't to hide the group, its just to gain greater control over who is entering the group as people have to be invited to join, or at least that's my reasoning.
  7. That makes no sense whatsoever..
  8. Except when 2 other skan chrono's professionally calibrated 2 days before going to one of their events disagreed with their's, as I had once. Even had them, and their calibration certificates with me and they still reckon my 2 were wrong with readings of sub 1J and theirs claiming 4 guns were 1.4J..
  9. Yes, to change the front sight post you've got to replace the entire outer barrel.
  10. Bank of M&D?
  11. Other alternatives: Maddog Airsoft in Brampton, Cambridgeshire - Big, long and open site, has a bit of a scrapyard feel to it. Commando Elite in Monkswood, Abbots Ripton, Cambridgeshire - Forest, and they have armoured vehicles which are used occasionally - originally only a Paintball site, have recently branched into airsoft as well. Urban Assault in RAF Upwood nr Ramsey, Cambridgeshire - Big urban site, has fallen a little into disrepair as of late. RIFT at Cottenham

  13. Which is why i've got a Lonex A2 on it's way to me in the post, borrowed one from another AEG to test, and the difference was astounding.
  14. I am straight out calling bullshit on that one from G&G, i've been using an ETU model for a few months on 7.4v LiPo's with no problems with the ETU.
  15. Incidentally, http://www.componentshop.co.uk/7-4v-1300mah-25c-continuous-discharge-cranestock-lipo-battery.html are about the only ones which fit at all in that stock. 11.1v version is a no go as the mosfet is in the stock tube.
  16. At one point, Nuprol's were all that were allowed to be used at a local site, and that was when I had them shatter on my skin... So yeah, pretty sure it was nuprol's, and the amount of air pockets is fairly meaningless as it wasn't a case of lack of external structural integrity, but instead flawed external coating that meant they were soft enough to be impacted just by squeezing them between fingertips.
  17. I can personally vouch for it not being an urban myth. Having had them shatter when hitting my own skin.
  18. Yes, if they're fired at velocities deemed unsafe (greater than 2.8J) in the UK against solid targets like concrete walls, but the Nuprol's were regularly shattering at sub 1J against soft targets like flesh.
  19. SJCAM SJ4000 Plus (Wifi 2K version) as the firmware on my current camera only supports 32GB cards, and I want to use 64GB minimum. Doogee X5 Android phone to use as a wifi viewer for the headcam Toshiba 64GB Micro SDXC Card PTS Unity Tactical Fusion Mount (Black) 2x Vapex 1300mAh 7.4v Crane Stock LiPo's Edit: Lonex Titan A2 motor. getting ready for going to 'The Stan' on the 7th
  20. And? The point is still the same, you can't use it as a proof of age as its just a fricking number to retailers.
  21. >.> No they can't. A 16 year old can be issued a Debit Card with parental permission.
  22. ZTac are Element. And its a bit hit and miss, I submerged mine by accident and they were fine after being dried out. Whereas another had a bit of heavy rain pretty much destroy them.
  23. http://www.v2tobacco.com/chewing-tobacco-products.php under chewing bags. Chewing Bags should not be confused with Snus. The manufacturing process and the final products are fundamentally different. The bags that we use for Chewing bags is specially designed to be chewed to release flavor and nicotine. It is made from a paper with a special weave which which is thicker and much stronger than the type of bag that snus is packed in.
  24. Nope. It's not Chewing Tobacco, it is Snus. You don't chew it, ever.
  25. Dear god, why is this discussion still going? Do not use airsoft guns for home defence unless you want to be living in an 8x10 box for an extended period. /EOD
