Its an IDZ vest done by Roman Kurmaz. Ive got a bunch of stuff made by him and its great quality - on par with my Cryes and such. I still buy legit whenever I can, but I cant buy Tropentarn from Crye, so oh well. Pants are also his, alongside my short sleeve G3 shirts (it was cold out so standard surplus BDU is on in the pic). However recently Ive started buying from Zentaurion - a German company that makes popular products in a variety of camos. they do the major base colors, Multicam, both German patterns, and a slew of others. They arent cheap, but very worth it if the stuff I got in today is any indication. They also do a "Taco" style set of pouches, including ones meant for M4, G36, and even 417/G28. This was excellent news for me as I love "Taco" style pouches. Unfortunately, like I said theyre legit and make stuff for the German LEO and Military, so if you want a vest youre looking at around 170 Euros for the base vest.

Is Temperate Vegetato really considered Gucci now? Heck it was my first uniform haha. Anyway, while the full kit got held up in customs until - funnily enough - today it was nice to run the Tropentarn kit at Op Stonebreaker the past weekend. Now that the rest of the stuff's arrived Ill have to do a full kit pic sometime before Op Firestorm in late April. The Black Cherry preformed well, though there were some odd FPS fluctuations I still have to sort out I suppose.

If only my VSR-X wasnt so darn chonkers, Id already have Enfield, Kar, and Mosin stocks for it. Unfortunately I just cant see either a G&G or S&T version really being competitive... Sure, if you want to look the part they will probably be Ace, but I also like to be able to tickle people at 120m...

Me and one of the guys who sometimes comes to mooch off my surplus guns and gear *sputters* I mean one of my friends and me yesterday. First time out wearing the Flecktarn loadout - it was hot as can be (heat index around 37*C) but the gear was comparatively lightweight and quite comfortable. Uniform is Roman Flecktarn G3 pants and short-sleeve Combat Shirt, Crye Airflex Impacts, Linderhof PC, surplus German 3x2 mag pouch (may change this to a HSGI triple taco) and dangler, 2x Emerson flashbang pouches for my TRMRs, Maxpedition folding dump pouch, Valken Tactical tank pouch, black Oakley Pilots, an Qore Iceplate, Emerson neck gaiter, Pektor Comtac III dual comm headset (was only using it to listen to music through the left ear haha), MTEK Flux helmet painted myself in Flecktarn, and Oakley M-Frames with the helo kit. Guns were my King Arms 9mm SBR with PTS muzzle break, blue-laser PEQ, Magpul AFG2, Sig Romeo 5, and Safariland Single point Sling mount, and my custom TM G26 in a Safariland ALS on a paddle.

Working on the DP-28 mag adapter. Its not quite there but all my CADing has been accurate - hoping to have it done for this weekend... Now who wants a pan mag on an AR57

Thats actually the (visually) finished product. Nope. Though I am honestly happy you two can't tell. Its a DP-28 Im making using a Echo1 ZB-30 body, a real DP-28 mag, and 3D printing a three-piece adapter to make it all work together.

Hey, its the necro-man. Posted some range time today - I was testing out my new GoPro Max, and figured if I cant play airsoft, lets try it on something a bit louder and more expensive. I also posted my Microgun Hill video - a vid I didnt plan to post due to my helmet mount coming loose and causing that pinging sound. But people wanted it, so its up. Ive also posted some pre-Covid footage from my US indoor site. Not a huge fan of it, but then again Im spoiled due to The Mall.

If youre truly going ground-up, make the cylinder v2 spec. I know several people who would love to HPA one of these, but to do so the cylinder and piston area needs to be v2 spec. Also, though im sure its due to simply being a rough mock-up, but add rails (probably top rail, with optional Mloc or Keymod so people who like attachments can add them) and a threaded barrel. If possible, use existing magazines (Umarex UMP or Echo 1 MP5 straight mags would work well). Stock options would be nice as well - either a MP7-style collapsible stock or a simpler MPX-style that attaches to a rail would be easy to configure, and could easily be run with or without a stock. Im curious to see how youre going to implement the trigger - theres not really any room for a trigger board or contacts with the mag and barrel right there. If you get seriously into the build, make a post about it - Im sure there are plenty of people on here smarter than me who could help you out.

Yea theres a lot of that. Im currently building mine into an MG36, but even then I still slightly cringe whenever I take it out. Then again, the second I pull the trigger people know its not a cheap gun (Got a Daytona engine in it). However after seeing @GothicGhost's I might have t send mine off to be cerakoted like my 417a2...

If you play at CQB sites (especially in the UK) most know how to chrono a tri-shot. Maybe call or message them or something and just confirm its fine before hand so you dont turn up can not be able to play.

Ah makes more sense. And the short answer is... You dont... I just run mine on 80 PSI (yes, I converted it to a drum and HPA. Got tired of shells) with a tracer. I can slam fire the thing fast enough and people usually call it haha.
