UCAP New rules updated today. No Binary triggers or shitty m4 mags on pistols.
Tackle replied to Groot's topic in Latest News
+1 on this, while I don't agree with the thieving, he got caught & suitably punished. But to somehow infer that his his subsequent MND diagnosis was in some way Karma for his previous actions, it's not Karma, its just the worst luck in the world. In my very personal experience, MND, as well as the worst forms of aggressive cancers doesn't happen to bad people, quite the opposite in fact, they seem to be the burden of the good guys, the literal salt of the earth. Anyway, back on track guys? -
Wolf are, or at least were, absolutely shite for customer service, & there were many horrific stories of the liberties they'd taken with customers wonky guns etc. BUT my knowledge of them was from some years ago, I've had no dealings with them for years, nor have I heard anything recently, so I would suggest you get as much advice as you can on your consumer rights, especially distance selling rules, someone on here will give you chapter & verse, & then armed with that go back & tell them what YOU want, I'm pretty sure they can ask for the opportunity to put a fault right, but it sounds like you've already given them that chance & they failed miserably. Some here will say mag incompatibility can often be expected, but that's between brands, if your issue is with the mag it came with then it's clearly "not fit for purpose".

M4 mags (or similar) on pistols, yeah I get it, binary triggers are a bit "grey" as there's nothing to stop players spamming any aeg trigger, but the one I don't get is banning two-tones or clear gats, EVEN IF THEY'RE PAINTED ? I get no one likes ugly b#stard two-tones but if they're painted or cammed up then they look like everyone else's. -
Very very nice, any chance of subtitles for us down south ?

For me, the long mag with the wood stock gives me a kinda ppsh/m1 vibe ?

Would you not be better informed to contact one of the ww1 reenactment groups on fb etc, not doubting any of the info given by members here, just that most airsofters tend to be "Jack of all trades" when it comes to loadouts, often having numerous to choose from. ? A quick search shows 2 very specific groups of interest ? (PS I might suggest you don't initially mention Airsoft, not everyone gets it & if the groups are stitch counters or historians they may not like the idea of the regiment being depicted via big boys shooting each other with toy guns ?, just a thought ?)

?You must have been very popular that day ?

LOL, I dare you to play 1 game like that, with eyepro obviously. Must be pictures though, ?

Ffs, no ones trolling the OP, it's just that most of the "mature" players on here have heard it all before, too many times, whether it's the next great product or technology, a whole new way to play Airsoft, or in this case, a website that supercedes similar that have gone before. And almost all of those failed, some got to the trial process, but most didn't get beyond the initial talked about conception, so when a new one comes along, it's hard to feel excited about it. As for those that have shown negativity, they're the same guys who will ALWAYS attempt to give well thought out advice based upon years of experience & knowledge, with very little conjecture. Even when a noob signs up & his first post is "what am bestest first gun", a question that's been asked a literal million times before, they still get a welcome & the guidance they seek, Unless they're attitude or grammar is so appalling that a sarky response or spoon-fed meme is called for lol.

vertical foregrips with pressure switch housing

Always sounds good in theory, but try to find almost anything that doesn't have a direct manufacturing link to PRC or one of its immediate slave labour neighbours, be easier to find an airsoft site where everyone takes their hits lol ? -
Absolute Airsoft in Reading. What Is it Like?

Maybe they should go to his site on game day, call him out in the middle of his safety briefing & take what's owed from his takings? -

300 quid, I'd take off his 'kin thumbs if he did that to me ? But yeah, mad that he's still involved in anything airsoft considering how long he's quite been quite literally robbing people. -
Well done, had you been asking how to overcome this fitment problem, my advice would have been to do exactly what you did, I've done it myself a few times to get 1911 holsters fit hi-capa pistols. ??

There are a number of variants available other than traditional stock, pistol grip full stock or the obvious ebr models immediately come to mind?

I'll just leave this here ? Wants L1A1 money for a JG ?

Totally fugly & using a good but flawed pistol(according to the number of posts I've seen with people needing to replace parts), suspect anybody that buys it will soon be disappointed when: A. Their "rifle" can't compete with others on the playing field. B. Trying to use it as a dedicated rifle causes to much wear & tear = repeated component failure. Pistol carbine kits are OK if you don't expect performance equivalent to dedicated full size primaries, especially full auto aeg's.

What is reasonable wear and tear for an airsoft RIF?
Tackle replied to AirSniper's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
14 outings in 6 months & a piston likely stripped, irrespective of the retailers dick attitude, I think in all fairness that's quite a bit of wear & tear so not unheard of for a piston to lose teeth. Justifying a claim using "laws" that were never written with fragile Airsoft toys in mind would be a dick move on your part. IMHO ?
