Nope, there was definitely low to mid teens there, boys & GIRLS ffs, apparently the reason for it was a mate of the organiser (a dubious character called Dino), was opening a strip club in the Canterbury area, & between them they thought it would be a good publicity exercise....... Twats lol. As for the site itself, it only ran for a short while as the place was scheduled for demolition, but I believe Dino is still involved in running games in East Kent somewhere, I'm sure someone will be along shortly to confirm ?

You might struggle to find one, consider an alternative maybe ?, little bit of fettling it'll probably fit
-
Knowing you, how long before you convert it into a bullpup variant ?
-
Great work, only a matter of time before someone does it with the real steel counterparts to reduce the weight ?

Has anyone noticed Covid spikes after gatherings

To everyone who cites civil liberties & freedoms, & the alleged attempts by government to remove those said freedoms (for the greater good of the many), what's your opinion on conscription, in particular in wartime ? For everyone screaming about their freedoms, remember without government taking decisive action in 1939, essentially breaking families up, many never to be reunited again, was necessary to ensure even the most basic rights & freedoms. Kinda puts the mild restrictions we face today in to perspective, those that disagree should all get together & give each other a big unmasked hug ? -
Spot on, I played at an old power station in Kent years ago, great morning session, broke for lunch & approx 30 min later the organiser asks for everyones attention, turned around thinking it's the briefing for the next session, next thing stripper music comes on & some bird starts taking her kit off, I turned my back on it & got back to getting my kit in order, at which point I teammate nudges me & says "oy tack, you gone gay", I tell him "I've come to play, not watch some ropey tart get her kit off, there's a time & a place for this crap", load up & head outside. Point is, gamedays are for playing, sure you can have some bantz when doing it but hanging around for anything that doesn't involve shooting peeps, not my bag, & if a sites not on top of this, I usually don't go back ?

Ultimately cheats will always cheat, & dicks will be dicks. & too many sites are only interested in chasing pound notes than enforcing rules, even their own ☹️

Don't EVER stop the claim, not unless you have the goods or money in your hands.

Fixed those for ya ?

I generally only use single shot anyway, & have played a few game days where only single shot was allowed, & I gotta say it rocked, made people think about their gameplay, didn't stop some from spamming their trigger though, but still way way better than the usual hose fest. Thing is, most players do almost everything to emulate what they believe to be a combat scenario, from load outs & webbing etc, & then some feel the need to turn their gats in to hypersonic sewing machines ffs, & any modicum of realism is blown out of the window. I consider what we do to be a sport, in some form anyway, but in other recognised sports there's generally an expectation or requirement of a reasonably level playing field, you'd never get away with such extreme modifications to your playing kit. I'd like to see gamedays catering for specific setups OCCASIONALLY, a day where run wot ya brung high speed setups with box mags are OK, or single shot days, or gas only days etc etc, maybe one gameday in three ?, & the rest of the time I'd expect a fairly "normal" set of rules to govern what's acceptable ?
-
As a fellow grumpy old cnut, I'd be happy if gats were kept stock rof, or even better would be that they matched their real steel counterparts. I cringe when I'm on site & I hear gats running at a ridiculous rof, & usually take an instant personal dislike to their small dicked owners ?
-
That really does suck then ☹️
-
Clearly he really doesn't want to sell it, it's not one of those "the wife says it's got to go so it's priced accordingly" is it ? ?
-
Still a feckin dreamer lol. C'mon, if your on here, put your hand up & tell us we're wrong ?
-
Tbh, even with all the mags, no more than £600ish ?
-
It ain't worth that lol?
-
Buying secondhand is fine 99% of the time, looking at the seller is just as important as looking at the gun, consider feedback/post count/POST CONTENT (can tell you a lot about a person), & how long a member, all these things are worth considering rather than getting mesmerised by a shiny gnu ?
-
No offence @Jxmie, if you know so much about these "must have" upgrades, how is it you know nothing about the guns their best suited to. Why not just find an AR platform that you like the look of ? (irrespective of price), come back & ask if the manufacturer is reputable, most are, & then actually play some games with it in its standard set up. You'll probably be pleasantly surprised that it does what you ask of it, & will likely continue to do so without you throwing any more money at it, at least for a while anyway.
-
@steverebo mate, in more than twenty years I've never had to "upgrade" a new gun straight away, some I've used for years without having to touch them, my oldest gun has been running perfectly for approx 18 years ffs, not even serviced as such. IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT just play & enjoy it....... Simples

Assuming your post was negative regarding the quality of the shirt, highly unlikely he's ever gonna approve the post. is there no option to pm him ?, maybe include the URL link to this this thread, that way he'll see that you've made a reasonable attempt to allay or confirm your concerns, we've agreed that it's not up to his reputable usual high standards. while he may not like it, he needs to suck it up & resolve it in a professional manner. if he won't, where is he based ?, & how did you pay ?, obviously paypal would be great for a dispute but failing that initiate a chargeback on your card via your bank or cc provider.
-
Yep, at that price I'd definitely back it.
-
Just on the off chance that you may have...

Pointless thread, we're airsofters (aka addicts), any cash under the bed or otherwise disposable income is always destined for our next shiny "fix" ? (no matter how unnecessary it is, we need it lol) -
@Allen428 if you don't mind me asking, how much did the shirt cost ? Shouldn't be an issue, Ive bought a few dpm bits recently, as my old kit appears to have "shrunk" (??), some issue & some knockoff, & even the knockoff kit was spot on for pattern & colour, so the material is out there ?
-
While I agree there are plenty of variations in issued dpm kit, I'd expect much better than that from a reputable maker of custom kit, surely he has enough experience in camo materials to have spotted that very obvious fade issues, & as such should have contacted the client (op) to give him the option as to whether to proceed with the job ? would have been better to butcher a couple of genuine (non faded) issue shirts to get the end result than use that ?, agree with the op's comment that it looks like the material you'd buy off a market stall so your little sprogs can play dress up.
