I would inform the neighbours that you are shooting in your garden, but apart from that your doing nothing wrong so as I said just be sensible.

I would disagree about shooting in your garden, just be sensible, it’s airsoft not airgun so not that noisy. Make sure the bb’s are not leaving your boundaries.

Heard that Used airsoft are no more, according to the page it’s undergoing maintenance, “come back in a few minutes”. Don’t know if they are gone.

Just strange that they don’t answer emails, tried calling and it just rang and rang. Not like them, wondered if they had some sought of problem.

This scam is being sent through used airsoft forums adds as well.

Have work being done by Firesupport, had my guns 6 weeks now, not unusual, but contact with them is at the moment, anyone else had contact last few days. Nothing on their website about being closed or similar. Most odd.

Must be a big flat to store all the stock he has on his website, or perhaps he has a lock up or something to keep his stock in.

Just didn’t imagine it was a one man band running a business out of his flat, assumed it was a retail business with a few staff looking at his website. Update, heard from him, item has now been despatched, no reason given why it was 12 days since him giving me the tracking number and the item actually being posted.

This was Defcon airsoft. Offered either waiting for a couple of weeks, ( heard that before) or a refund. Choose the refund option. I could wait I suppose, but it’s the principal of misleading the public that annoys me.

Really annoying when dealers state items in stock, you order and pay, then wait, only to be told they actually have to be obtained from a wholesaler or some other excuse. ?

Yes quite possibly, not a great testament though, 5 reviews, 4 saying how bad they are. Anyway I have a temporary refund and if they don’t answer PayPal by March 3rd the case will be closed in my favour.

I have only ordered one item. PayPal have not had a reply from him, them, however many people work at boomarms. If it’s just a typo on the tracking number where is the item, it was posted 11 days ago. Just looked at Boomarms reviews on Trustpilot, 4 out of the 5 are poor, and recent. Wrong items sent, poor communication leading to emails being ignored.

Time will tell, they haven’t replied to PayPal as yet.

I only have a temporary refund, if Boomarms reply to PayPal and can explain what’s happened the sale will go ahead. Think it’s fair of me to involve PayPal as I have emailed them 3 times without any reply, and RM said the parcel with that tracking number is not in the system so can’t have been sent as yet. They have until March 3rd to reply so think that’s more than fair.

Used them for the first time a few weeks ago. Only a small part for one of my pistols. Cheaper to buy from them even with postage than the U.K. shops. Posted out quickly, a few days later it was leaving Taiwan, and 2 more days later I had it. So ordered another small part from them 9 days ago, same as before got a tracking number 2 days later, but this one is still not recognised by RM, emailed Boomarms 3 times, no response. So unfortunately I have had to contact PayPal and they have given me a temporary refund and have contacted Boomarms for a response. Found this very strange, in the course of a few weeks what appeared to be a good company to use is behaving badly, and according to RM a tracking number was created for the parcel but it’s never actually entered the postal system. Been getting the same message from tracking with the number they gave me.

It’s a closing down sale according to their website. If it’s up for sale as an ongoing business I don’t know. Perhaps you could update if you find out more when you next visit. Hopefully it will carry on as a shooting sports retailer.

Got my pistol eventually, it was a right pain though. They don’t send out orders themselves it’s done by their logistics ?. They lost it or sent it to the wrong person. It arrived 4 days late and when I opened the box it was a demo version of the one I ordered, complete with orange tip and marked up with lots of use and abuse. The company who supplied Furby Bundy was GBLS, they promised to pick up the pistol and deliver the correct one on Monday last week. UPS picked it up but no replacement. More calls to the manager of Furby and I got the right one delivered on Tuesday. To be fair the owner of Furby called Steve was pretty good, and he gave me £50 compensation for all the agro and a can of gas. Would I use them again, not sure to be honest. Can’t really recommend them for mail order goods, probably fine if you call in the shop and purchase face to face.

Not sure how they are if buying in person but there mail order is shit.
