How is Ollie doing, does anybody know. Saw a couple of comments left on one of his you tube videos that didn’t look good, but no sure how true they were.
Having trouble with the mag on my Beretta PMX, started not feeding up bb’s after a few shots, have to remove mag, and then pull follower down a little and release, then next bb pops up, fire a couple more then the mag doesn’t feed up again. Any suggestions.
I sell quite a lot of small parts on here, posting is bloody expensive. I only ever post by a sign for postage for security, and that’s from £4.60 even for 2nd class.
This is so sad, watched his video’s often, even messaged him a few times, always helpful, always pleasant, he will be missed by us GBB fans. Not forgotten though. I wish him peace and love, and hope he proves that 3 month diagnosis wrong.
Didn’t know about not leaving gas mags in guns, I always kept my mags in my gbb pistols, never noticed any loss of seal, but removed them now to be on the safe side.
Sounds very similar to conversations I just had with another new member Bumblebee. Polite guy, but contacted me about my wanted post, offered a Sten Mk 5, sent pictures and then a video but it was a Mk 2, bit like what happened with rsvpiper above.
Lives in Manchester apparently, but told another member he lives in Edinburgh. ?
Just ordered a NE Sten and considering an Uzi in the future. They don’t come with any sort of loading tool, can anyone recommend one that works with the sten. On the Co2 Uzi you can remove the internal mag from its steel shell and gain access to a standard spring & follower but not on the sten as far as I can see.
Exactly, most airsoft blow back guns won’t perform so well when cold, especially if they have metal slides. I often use one of the rechargeable hand warmers to gently heat the mags when I shoot at the club, works well.
I have the Gen 3, actually had a few of them, the one I kept has a reasonable trigger, and it’s worn in well. Got the full steel upgrades internally. Did try the Co2 mag kit from Samoon, but it wrecked the supposedly Co2 nozzle they provided in the kit, and I would strongly advice not to buy it.
What will be the point of selling a GHK Gen 5 with an alloy slide. They have done an alloy slide version of the Gen 3, it’s still almost £260.00, don’t know anyone who has brought one.
If they charge that for an alloy Gen 5, then another £150 or so for a steel slide, your back to the price of the steel version.
If you just want an alloy slide Gen 5 you may as well buy the standard Umarex, it’s a lot cheaper.
It is the case that I have asked to return an item as is my right if I notify the seller within 14 days of receipt which I did. The item is still sealed in its packaging as when it arrived. Once notified within 14 days you have another 14 days to return an item. He denies I told him, which is a lie as I left him a message on his mobile after ringing several times and getting no answer. It’s a lot of nonsense for an item costing £30. I can’t understand why he would have an unrecognised address on his Facebook, and the same when googled, and no address or terms & conditions on his website.
That oil will be fine, make sure you lube the blowback unit, take off the slide pull the nozzle forward and lube the seals and lube the slide rails of course.
