  1. It's a GBBR, you can just use an NPAS to set the power output independent of the PSI. It's handy because you might want a higher PSI for better cycling, without making it run too hot.
  2. You can adjust the power by modifying the valve. Really recommend the Explosive Enterprises video on the VFC M249, (and the follow up video). Tonnes of really solid advice including getting it set up on HPA.
  3. Northeast just released one this year. It's a beaut but it's extortionate.
  4. I checked the same link. It's a listing from December last year. I don't know if that's actually him or someone using a high feedback profile on this site to trick people. He'd surely have posted it here too, no? Payment options are sus either way.
  5. https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/scopes-sights/genuine-aimpoint-acro-c-2-red-dot-reflex-sight-3-5-moa-fixed-mount-reticle-3-5-moa-dot_i88884 Real Aimpoint, no packaging, 50% of retail cost, and a big blurb about no refunds or returns. PayPal F&F, bank transfer, or cash only. Really screams "trustworthy."
  6. I went through three, each leakier than the last
  7. I've had a pack last over a year. They don't biodegrade.
  8. IME they still felt like an AEG to shoot and the mechanism was just another thing to break. They still make AEG noises. It's like, slightly better to shoot but it doesn't feel like recoil at all. It feels like someone taped a rampant rabbit to your receiver.
  9. Tbh it's not surprising given that they never really got that much adoption, and most of the European stock of them were donated to Ukraine. Which is currently functioning as the graveyard of all the Cold War Classics.
  10. Companies still make M16 replicas and those ceased production decades ago.
  11. I'd wait for used, they come up pretty often and they don't tend to have huge issues unless someone has "upgraded" it with loads of aftermarket junk.
  12. EBB are ehhhhhhhhhhhhh. For gas blowback AKs, look for the VFC or TM ones. The GHKs are a massive gamble, and other brands are just kinda ass.
  13. FWIW modern bio BBs are made of PLA and coated in wax. The ones you shoot will still be there centuries later. Since they don't really biodegrade they're pretty much the same as non bios.
  14. That will start eating into your pot metal slide even faster than the stock one does.
  15. Huh, funny that
  16. There's no need for maintenance gas.
  17. Easy enough if you have UKARA
  18. Ah damn, it sold. However, this is a decent deal:
  19. Would not recommend a KWA MP9 ngl, they're temperamental even when you replace all the badly designed stock parts. There's an updated Maruyama one coming out that seems to just run a tonne better out of the box. The Double Eagle MWS clones are pretty good. Avoid the DE PMags, they're really bad. Failing that, wait around for a deal on here. IIRC there's a VFC 733 going for £350 that you could probably negotiate down a bit. They're generally quite solid GBBs.
  20. Huh, the VFC gas blowback one? I've never heard of it flexing.
  21. Just got this from my Uncle Bourbon.
  22. I have my MP7 set up with that exact same handguard and foregrip, funnily enough. They're plenty grippy for a mildly damp day. Not sure if you're planning to join the SBS and become a frogman or something.
  23. There's admins on UA?! I thought it was abandoned. They can't even spell Bargain right.
  24. The canted grip thing is mostly a Tarkov thing that just doesn't really make any sense.
  25. 144a is basically the weakest gas available for Airsoft. You'll want something closer to green gas/propane.
