Sounds like a nozzle problem if it’s happening with all 3 mags. Make sure the nozzle is not fouling against the hop unit.

I did try, but get no answer only put on hold, so guess they are busy. I did contact Firesupport, they checked some can’s and they were plastic. Maybe it’s new stock that have metal.
-
Patrol Base & some dealers on Amazon are stating metal fill nozzle, so confused. I prefer plastic nozzles myself, for me they seal better. I know they put metal nozzles on their Vertex gas, and I have seen the Brut sniper gas with metal nozzles & they used to be plastic, although I think that it’s now discontinued.
-
Quick question, are abbey putting metal nozzles on their ultra predator gas now.
-
All good now.?

Yes sounds like bollocks to me as well, have opened a dispute yesterday evening, not escalated it yet but will if they don’t refund today.

What’s people’s view on Defcon, I have used them a few times without problems. But I ordered a pistol from them a couple of weeks ago, paid by PayPal. I decided to not go ahead and cancelled before it was despatched. Was told 3-5 working days for a refund but 9 working days later still waiting. I emailed again and was told that the refund team were working their way through a backlog. How many refunds do they have that it takes 9 days and counting.

A border force manager told me they decide what is and what isn’t a RIF. Apparently, according to them any airgun can be a RIF if that’s their decision. I know that any airgun is legally classed as a firearm under the 1968 firearms act, if it’s classed as a firearm it couldn’t legally be described as a RIF because it is an actual unlicensed firearm. Border Force make up the rules as they want. I had this out with them and in the end had to get my MP involved and I insisted on a written apology from the police as they called to speak to me 3 times. I got the apology in writing after complaining to the chief constable of Sussex.

Think this has rather gone off topic.

If we get a Labour government next then I do fear all shooting disciplines will have more trouble, I would think that what are toys legally will be far down the list. Most of the RIF’s we use in airsoft or also available as .177 airguns don’t forget, so you couldn’t ban one without the other being affected. Shotguns after Plymouth will face more restrictions I am sure, after all it can’t be the police’s fault that they gave back a seized shotgun to a very sick individual to go out and murder with. At the moment it’s proving very difficult to obtain primers, powders for home -loading ammunition and buying factory ammo even .22 is difficult around my area. Even the NSRA shop at Bisley had little in the way of lead pellets or .22 ammo last weekend. No shops can seem to offer an explanation as to why things are in such short supply, and when you can find them they are often 30% to 40% more expensive. A ban by the back door perhaps. Maybe we will find that shops can’t get hold of gas or bb’s sometime in the future.

As I said a few posts back they tried that with air cartridge guns and most went underground. How many airsoft guns are owned in the U.K. I wonder, many millions I guess, and how many would be handed in for no compensation. When the VCRA bill first came in those people who already owned RIF’s kept them. They might stop people buying more guns, but trying to force people to give up legally purchased property ? Good luck with that.

Imitation firearms would also have to include many airguns, blank firers etc, so some sought of license possibly, that would involve millions of guns, a ban, possibly, but they would have to pay compensation, that would be billions. Who would run the license system, the police ? They are struggling in many forces to do renewals and grants for FAC’s and SGC’s, some people waiting a year for renewals. The government did a ban/ or put it on licence with air cartridge guns, that backfired badly 60,000- 80,000 went underground according to government figures. If Labour becomes the government next year than I expect more aggro for legal gun ownership, but when it comes to airsoft, airgun replicas your looking at huge volumes of guns & people.

They would have to make all manufacturers add a proper serial number then. I see it’s to late to add your comments as the deadline was June 6th.

Renaissance Wax is great for keeping fingerprints away, expensive but lasts ages.

Cut & dried I would say.

I messaged him on the forum yesterday evening and asked what parts of the M&P he was looking for. As of now it’s not even been read.

Another strange one for a different item.

It does have a mobile number at the bottom of the email, if I get it again I will see if anyone answers. I have replied by email but never hear back until the exact message comes through again.

Been getting emails for an advert I placed, always the same, I take this please, signed by Charlie. Never here anymore & then next day get the same again. Is this a bot?

I see the latest update on the GHK Gen 5 now states it will have a trigger pressure similar to the real pistol. They said that about the Gen 3, and we know they can be a very heavy pull weight. The Gen 5 was supposed to be released by March 23, with a much lighter trigger, wonder if they had problems actually getting it reliable, hence the delay & new wording.

I have had several people recently ask questions about my adverts, for example will you do it for this etc , have you got this as well etc, I don’t mind having offers, answering questions, sending pictures, but what really annoys me is when they don’t even read my answer. Why start up a message between us with questions when you don’t intend to even read my response. Can’t see any point, and it just looks rude.

Used them very recently, great service, puts some U.K. dealers to shame.

When it said account suspended, I thought what did I do, so relieved it’s not only me . ?
